  18. 4 tbspn Maida
  19. 1/4 cup water
  20. 1 cup bread crumbs

  1. Preperation for Bhaja Masala:
    In a pan put ½ tspn saunf, ½tspn saboot dhaniya, ½ tspn saboot jeera, 2 tej patta, ½ tspn gol mirch, 1 dalchini stick. Saute it for a minute on low heat.
  2. Transfer the roasted spices it into a mixer grinder and add 1 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tspn kala namak and 1 tspn amchoor powder. Grind this to a fine powder. Keep it aside.
  3. Now in a kadhai heat 1 tspn oil. In this put 1 tspn Panch phoran spice mix. Saute a bit and add carrot and beetroot. Saute a bit and add salt. Cover it with a lid. Keep it covered for 5 minutes. Checking and Stirring inbetween.
  4. Now add bhaja masala and salt to taste. Add the boiled potatoes, green chillies and roasted peanuts. Mix well.
    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Cool it.
  5. Now in a bowl take 2 tbspn Cornflour and 4 tbspn maida. To this add ¼ cup water and mix well and make a fine paste.
  6. Now take a little mixture in your hands and shape it into cylindrical shape.
    Now dip it in the batter and then coat it nicely with bread crumbs.
    Ready all the chops this way.
  7. Serve the chops with mustard sauce and fresh green salad.
