  1. For beetroot Balls:
    1. Heat the oil for frying the balls.In a bowl, mix all the rest ingredients very well and make a dough out of it and then quickly make the balls out of it.
  2. Now fry them at medium flame until half done/crust forms.
  3. Take the beetroot balls out of the oil and heat the oil to high. Now put in the balls again and fry till dark purple. Transfer to a tissue paper.
  4. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil in high flame. Throw in the chilli and capsicum. Saute for a couple of secs..
