- 1/2 cup jowar flour
- 1/2 cup besan
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 beetroot boiled & grated
- 1 small boiled & grated potato

- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Pinch turmeric powder

- 2 tbsp oil
- As required Amul butter
Instructions to make to make Beetroot paratha
- Take wheat flour, jowar flour, besan & rice flour in a bowl.

- Add boiled & grated beetroot, potato in to flour. Then add all seeds mentioned above.


- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, oil & coriander to mixture. Then mix it well. Knead dough with water. Keep aside for 10 min.



- Make balls of dough. Roll oval shape of paratha dough. Press paratha from middle then put some oil on two sides. Fold it from middle. And roll round shape paratha.



- Put paratha on tawa. Spread some butter & fry paratha from both sides. Serve patha with mango pic kle.
