- Heat the beetroot mix, with the remaining milk& sugar. Stir it well. Boil it, then add whipping cream.stir it 2 min. Remove from heat.then add vanila essance. Mix it well.



- Then add melted China grass to the beetroot mix. Pour it into the pudding moulds.



- Refrigerate it 15 min. Unmould it.
