- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2-3 Green chilli
- as per taste Salt

- as required Tomato coconut chutney
- 2 tsp Designated coconut

- Take idli batter put salt and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Take half beetroot churn in the mixer with little water.


- Strain the beetroot water into idli batter. Mix well.

- Take another non stick pan. Add some oil. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves, green chilli, coconut and beetroot (chopped inti cubes). Add salt. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.


- Take one non stick pan. Heat it and put some oil and wipe it with tissue paper. Pour the beetroot idli batter and spread like Dosa. Cook with oil and put beetroot mixture on it.


- Cook it till ot becomes crisp. Serve with mint chutney and red chutney. Enjoy!
