Now take in a muslin cloth n make tight knot keep in a fridge. 2-4hrs.to reduce water. and u will get thick curd.
- Now take curd in a bowl and mesh with fingers.add cream sugar powder pinch yellow colour(obt)saffron milk mix well add home made thandai paste mix properly.Keep in a fridge to chilled. Thandai Shrikhand is ready.
- Meanwhile take wheat flour and maida in a paraat. Add salt and hot oil. And add beetroot puree. Knead a soft dough. Leave it for 10mins.
