- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup very thin rava
- as required Some chopped coriander
- as required Oil to shallow fry
- as per taste salt

- Take a big bowl, put boiled potatoes. Mashed it well.
- Add chopped carrot, beetroot, and green peas in it.
- Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, aamchur powder, ginger chilli paste, pav bhaji masala and chopped coriander.
- Combine well and make balls for cutlet. Press little bit and give a flate shape of round cutlet..
- Heat a shallow fry pan on medium of gas. Pour 1 tsp oil all over on it.
- Coat both sides of culet in rava properly. Coat all cutlets in same way.
- Keep in a fry pan, shallow fry both sides, till pinkish golden colour and crispy using very less oil..
