  1. Take a bowl and add sooji, curd and water mix it well
  2. Add salt, chilli ginger garlic paste and give it rest for 15 minutes
  3. Take a cake mould and grease it and preheat it in the steamer for 5 minutes
  4. Add soda and oil in the batter and mix it and pour the batter in the mould and then steam it for 20 to 25 minutes
  5. Remove it and when it comes at room temperature unmould it and cut it into 3 equal half
  6. Now apply butter on it and on one part apply green chutney and on it add cucumber and sprinkle chat masala and put the second part on it
  7. Now apply butter on it and now apply schezwan chutney on one part and on it add tomato and sprinkle chat masala now put the third layer on it
  8. Now add hunk curd, mayonnaise and cream in a bowl and whisk it for 5 minutes
  9. Now apply it everywhere on the cake as we apply whipped cream on a cake and freeze it for 30 minutes
  10. Now stick coriander on the sides and add some beetroot pulp in the hunk curd mixture and put dots with it on the top
  11. And in between the dots put capsicum slice and garnish with black pepper and cherry
