- Clean the leaves from both the sides using wet cloth. Remove vein by sharp knife.
- Place leaves on flate surface. Take batter and evenly spread it on the leaf by using your fingers.
- Now roll it properly. Now put it in steamer. Cook it for 25 minutes. let it cool down. Cut the role with knife.
- Take pan add oil in it.add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,sesame seeds, curry leaves in it.when seeds crackle add paatra in it roast for few minutes. Add sugar, Chill powder,garam masala in it.cook for 5 minutes.switch off the flame.Add lemon juice in it.
