- After fermentation, add salt into the batter and mix it well.
- Heat a idli streamer. Grease the idli plate and pour batter into it. Cut carrot and beetroot in any shape of your choice and put it on idli batter.(you can take any vegetables of your choice)
- Now put the plate into streamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Now idlis are ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
