  2. Add milk & beetroot mixture stirring countinuously.Add milk made, cadamompowder & cook on medium flame until it thicken.Add saffronmilk & stir countinuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Once it thickens to a fudge like counsistency,it will start leaving the sodes & will start coming together.Add the remaining 1tbsp of ghee & stir well until it in corporates into the mixture.Grease a tray with some ghee &spread the prepared mixture onto the tray.Level it with the help of spatula & garnish with some chopped almonds on top.Smooth it out with the help of greased spoon.
  4. Let it cool.Cut into squar pieces & demould it.It's ready to serve.
